Ghosts are the spirits of once living beings. Draw on your past knowledge of these creatures. Think of all the ghost stories you've heard and that is how the ghosts on Two Dead Boys are.
Ghost Forms:
Invisible and soundless: The younger/weaker a ghost is the more often they will remain in this state. This state requires no concentration from them. Only they can see or hear themselves in this form. The ghost's age and power determines if they can effect objects around them. If powerful enough the ghost can move objects. If they use concentration they can remain invisible but be heard. Or the other way around.
Vapor: This is the white, milky smoke that many people describe when they encounter spirits. It is a mist that ghosts can manifest or transform into in order to attempt communication with the living. Weak ghosts do this when they haven't yet gained the power to become solid.
Solid: This state requires extreme control, concentration, and power. No ghost can remain in this state forever. Very few can last for more than an hour. While in this form, ghosts can be hard to tell apart from normal human beings.
A ghost's powers are magnified anytime they find themselves near a medium. A human can be a medium without even realizing it. Ghosts also find it far easier to communicate with a medium than with any other human.
Demons and Angels can always sense a spirit. They are also the only species that can drag a spirit out of their invisible or vapor form. A demon or an angel can touch a ghost even when not in solid form. As long as there is contact between the two the ghost will remain solid.
Ghosts have many different reasons that they may have stuck around. One is, of course, "unfinished business." Maybe they buried something under the family oak tree and they can't be settled until their true love finds it. Or maybe it's revenge on a back stabber. Another reason, is a very gruesome, bloody death. If a human suffered in death then the spirit could be trapped because of the fear and pain that they felt. They could still be around because they are simply in denial that they are truly dead. There are various reasons to stay on Earth after death. Be creative.
Ghosts do not age and they don't eat. They don't sleep either. Their strength isn't very impressive in the first two forms. In solid form they can be stronger than a human, if their concentration is great enough.
